The Fortunous Dynasty's Exploits
Commissar Gahn Rehrig
One of the most experienced commissars in the campaign, Rehrig has served twenty-five years as a commissar.
His service began with the Rock Moles, who suffered heavy casualties in the fighting on Vaxanide. Rehrig was one of those casualties, losing most of his left side.
While they reformed, he was left in a medicae bay for a six-month recovery and augmentation program.
He’s assigned to Travet’s regiment.
His rapport with the psychers attached assigned to the regiment is notable. Perhaps it’s because he refers to them as Adepts, instead of the various insulting terms commonly used. It could be that his bionic eyes don’t carry the suspicion that most have towards the psycher.
However, he’s more than capable of killing every one of them if needed. He’s told his superiors that multiple times and they believe him.
He’s generally displeased with the decision to go to the Golden Sirens instead of the Crusade. Orders are orders, of course.
His left arm is now bare steel, although it is normally covered by his coat. His face is only partially regrown, leaving much of the metal open.
There are more severe changes, although they are in his torso and covered by his carapace armor.
